You don't need an attorney to buy or sell a house? Wow, that's news to me. Our office policy is that our clients have an attorney for this very important transaction. The $$ it will cost you to hire an attorney is worth its weight in gold.
FSBO? Who would want to sell their home FSBO? When you hire me as your Realtor®, I let you know up front that I will be your new "best friend" for a while. Why, because I will be communicating with you: I will be calling you, I will keep you posted of what is going on in the market and how the current RE (Real Estate) market trends are affecting the sale or purchase of your house. Of course, it's nice if you as the seller, listen to me when we price your home.
Listing Price? Yes, we can list your home at any price you want--if you insist, but that's ignoring the current RE market trends which I can provide you with at Comparative Market Analysis of your home.
